THOMASTOWN Factory Upgrade

IMAG0177.jpg

Case study 1

7 Chefs Thomastown factory upgrade.

When 7 Chefs decided to upgrade the factory facilities to accommodate for their new line of ready made meals, they went a step further and introduced the first commercial microwave oven. To remove the heat from the microwave oven, a chiller was installed with great success in heat rejection.
A new blast freezer was also installed at the end of the line to freeze the ready made meals prior to packaging.
Our trained technicians were able to install and commission both appliances with electronic TX valves and electronic controllers whilst implementing the latest technology the refrigeration industry has to offer.
Four years down the track and with regular maintenance the equipment is still in operation without any major issues.
We did all the steel construction to accommodate the weight of the equipment, installed all the mechanical systems, installed all the pipework and assisted in the electrical installation prior to commissioning the systems.
Can we help you the same way as we did 7 Chefs ?

EMMA & TOM’S Drinks Storage Cool Room

Case study 2

Emma & Tom's Storage Cool Room.

Emma & Tom's expansion in Melbourne found them short of refrigeration cold room space, so a new cold room had to be installed.
We were able to construct their cold room from the panels they had brought down from Sydney in the required position.
A new electrical system was implemented as well as a new electronic controller to aid in keeping drinks at the right temperature.
The mechanical system was craned onto the roof and installed by our technician's with new pipework and then commissioned.
They now have more refrigeration space and are keeping their drinks at the right temperatures whilst maintaining the life of the product as needed.
Can we help you the same way as we did Emma & Tom's ?

Case study 3

Mushroom Co. Container refrigeration storage.

With an increase in sales and demand, the Mushroom Company in Ringwood Melbourne were short of refrigeration space for their imported products.
Utilizing used shipping containers, they asked us to refrigerate one of them.
Our technicians went into action and installed a new evaporator with the mechanical system on top of the container to a required temperature of 0 deg C
Soon after, about two months later, they realized that one container wasn't enough, so we were asked to install a second one next to it.
Now we hear that a third one is on its way. I think it's great to get repeat business, what do you think ?
Maybe we can help you the same way we did the Mushroom Company.
